KRS-One is a Bronx-based MC and activist who rose to fame as a member of the late 1980's hip-hop group Boogie Down Productions. Creator of numerous hit songs, including the hard-hitting "Sound of Da Police", KRS-One also has one of hip hop's most energetic live shows.
